We promise to pack your plants with care and ship your plants the safest way possible! We want you to be happy when you open your plant mail!

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail unless you upgrade to Priority Express. We pack very carefully using biodegradable packing peanuts, corrugated cardboard tubes, and repurposed air pillows. Some plants ship with soil in their grow pots and others are bare-root depending upon what is best for that type of plant. We reserve the right to send bare root if we believe this is the safest option for your plant(s).

Please double check your address and make sure it's correct! We will ship to the address you have listed and are not responsible for delivery issues once the package has left our hands. Thank you for understanding!

Shipment Issues – If your package arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours with photos! Please understand we have no control over how your package is handled by the postal service and we do not offer replacements or refunds if there is damage during shipping, however your shipment is insured up to $100 by USPS. You as the purchaser must make a claim with USPS should there be an issue. USPS does not allow sellers to make a claim. 

Cold Weather Shipping- We do not offer heat packs - in our experience they just don't help much and put your plants as risk. We recommend only shipping plants when low temps are forecasted to be above 50 degrees. Freezing temps will cause damage to your plants and therefore, we suggest waiting to order. By placing an order with us you agree to take the risk of adverse cold weather on your plants. We advise you to track your shipment and bring your plant mail inside as soon as possible! If you place an order and your temps are too cold to ship, we will likely refund your order unless it looks like the weather will be suitable within the next 1-2 weeks.
