Fern Leaf (orchid) Cactus is a wild zig-zag leafed epiphytic cactus native to Mexico. It's a spineless and can grow up to 1.8m wide with branching stems holding pale leaves that have rounded lobes in zig-zag pattern.
Light: Medium to bright, indirect light
Water: Water sparingly in winter months. Increase water after spring resting period when buds start to form. Water as ordinary house plant while flowers appear and there is new growth. Be sure you allow adequate drainage. Loves humidity!
Pets: Not known to be toxic - use caution
Propagation: You can propagate by breaking off sections at least two leaf segments long. Permit the cuttings to harden for one week, then plant exactly two leaf serrations deep in soil. Water sparingly but regularly.
