Hoya polyneura is often said to be finicky but that's only if you don't know it's preferences! They like a chunky soil mix, allow them to fully dry out between goos soakings but don't allow them to stay dry too long! Fertilize regularly and give them a snug pot and it should do great!
Light: Place in very bright, indirect light. A few hours of direct morning or late afternoon sun is great.
Water: Allow soil to dry between waterings
